How much is a membership at Vitality?
Membership is free. However, we are by appointment only. You pay for the trainer and training type you think you will benefit from the most, and nothing else.
What are your hours of operation?
Contact us to make an appointment or view our class schedule to check availability. In general, classes and training appointments are available from 5:30am to 7pm.
Do I have to do a fitness evaluation before participating in a class?
Evaluations are not mandatory; however, we do require a liability waiver. Those with serious injuries cannot participate in group classes and require a physician’s clearance to participate in any activity.
Can I use my credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
How do I get into your facility, it’s locked?
The door at GstarFit Gym will always be open if you have an appointment with Shayleen. If it is not open feel free to contact her immediately at (617)620-3585.
Are you co-ed?
Can children participate in your SGT classes?
Children under 18 require a session with our one on one trainers prior to group participation and the supervision of an adult until cleared for class attendance. We also have monthly workshops designed for teens and young adults. Check our website for this month’s workshops.
Where should I park?
Parking is free. If the front lot is full, you may park on the street near the studio.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! See Shayleen to start a referral-tracking sheet. For any client referred from your list that spends more then $1000, you will receive a $100 credit towards your account. As always, we thank you for your referrals.
